Unit #39 - Last Barrington Model on "special" - $299,900. 2055 square feet, monthly common fee is $180. Master suite 1st floor only. This unit is an "Energy Star" not "affordable" housing unit. If you have any more questions please feel free to call Patti Raffile at 800-525-7793 ext.7027.
